Blown Covers blog – The New Yorker magazine – alternate cover illustration

Blown Covers is a blog hosted by The New Yorker magazine art editor Françoise Mouly and Nadja Spiegelman, featuring alternate covers of The New Yorker. The theme this week was Easter. They chose a winner, 8 runners up, and also posted 99 others that they liked. I drew a cover touching loosely on unemployment (with concept help from Ginger Landers) and it is #34 of those 99. See it here: The Full Easter Basket.
